    charge to all users of the As-Built CD-ROMs.

    by support professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients.  
    Fee-based support is available for those require it.

Web Support – An easy-to-access no-charge support site Goguen and Company’s As-Built CD-ROM Technical Support has sections designed specifically for novice and expert users and provides all of its help in easy-to-understand language.  Visitors can get to the information they need the most quickly and easily.  The site includes a special easy-to-use "how to" guide tool for viewing Drawings tailored exclusively to meet the needs of our clients.

Fee-based Assisted Support (Visit & Phone) – During regular business hours , fee-based assisted Personal Support via Visit & Phone is available to clients or client employees who wish to receive professional training on using the As Built CD-ROM, or trouble shoot a computer / installation problem.
