Authorization for limited use of the Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) drawing files
found in Goguen and Company ltd. Secure Area, is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions.

1. Copyright is reserved. The drawing and design contained in the CAD drawing file is at all times the exclusive property of the
Architect and cannot be used without the Architect's written consent.
2. The CAD drawing file may not be used wholly or in part for any purpose other than
record information. Copying or distribution of the CAD drawing file in whole or in part to other parties is not allowed.
3. The CAD file represents drawings which were prepared for the purpose of obtaining tender prices. The drawings may or may not incorporate revisions, change orders, or addenda which have modified the contract drawings. CAD files obtained from different disciplines may not be fully updated and
coordinated with other disciplines and must be verified from the tender documents. The
Architect assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the CAD drawing files.
